Welcome! This guide explains the server's rules in simple, beginner-friendly language. Please read carefully — not knowing a rule does not protect you from punishment. 🙏

🧭 How to Read This Doc

Each rule has:

• 🔹 A simple explanation
• ⚠️ Examples of what NOT to do
• The punishment shown in a ☠️ Danger Zone box

1️⃣ Account Rules

🔐 Rule 1.1 — Your Account = YOUR Property

🔹 You own your account. You cannot share, trade, borrow, sell, or give it away — this includes your game account, Epic, Steam, and Rockstar Social Club account.

⚠️ Examples:

• "Bro log in my account to play pls"
• "Selling my account cheap, DM me"

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN

🔓 Rule 1.2 — Hacked Accounts Are Still Your Responsibility

🔹 Admins are not responsible if your account is compromised. Punishments stay even if you say you were hacked.

⚠️ Examples:

• "Someone hacked me, why am I banned?" → still banned
• "My friend used my account!" → still banned

☠️ DANGER ZONE: NO REMOVAL OF PUNISHMENT — NO EXCEPTIONS

✔️ Stay Safe:

• Don't share your account or login
• Turn on 2FA
• Avoid shady links/sites

🎭 Rule 1.3 — No Scamming Players

🔹 No scamming, tricking, or stealing money, cars, items, or property from other players.

⚠️ Examples:

• Fake trades or giveaways
• "Send money now, I'll pay later"
• Pretending to be staff
• "Trust trade" or gambling scams
• Paying less than the agreed amount on purpose

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN + NO COMPENSATION

💡 If you get scammed, admins will not refund your loss — so trade smart.

👥 Rule 1.4 — Max 2 Accounts Allowed

🔹 You may only have:

• 1 Main Account
• 1 Extra Account (Twink)
• Total: 2 accounts, tied to 1 Rockstar Social Club

⚠️ Examples:

• Making a 3rd or 4th account (even on a different Social Club)
• Making extra characters to grind/abuse money
• Using an extra account to dodge punishment

☠️ DANGER ZONE: ALL ACCOUNTS BANNED (Main account may be banned up to 60 days)

🏢 Rule 1.5 — Only 1 Business Per Player

🔹 One real person can own only one business on the server — no loopholes, no alt accounts, no hidden co-ownership.

⚠️ Examples:

• Business on Main + Business on Twink
• Secretly co-owning a business through a friend

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 30-DAY BAN ON ALL ACCOUNTS INVOLVED

💵 Rule 1.6 — No Real Money Trading (RMT)

🔹 You cannot buy or sell anything in-game (cars, houses, items, accounts) using real money.

⚠️ Examples:

• "Selling car for ₹2000 / $20 PayPal"
• Paying real cash for in-game money, a job, or an advantage

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN — for BOTH buyer and seller, no warnings

💡 Screenshots/proof of RMT = instant, permanent removal. Admins won't help if you get scammed doing this — it's against the rules to begin with.

💸 Rule 1.7 — Money Transfers & Gifting

🔹 You can gift or transfer money, but taxes apply above a certain limit.

How it works:

• ✔️ First $5,000,000 — no tax
• ✔️ Above $5,000,000 — 10% tax
• ✔️ Family Balance Transfers — only 8% tax (cheaper & safer)

⚠️ Examples:

• Sending $7M directly → 10% tax on the extra $2M
• Sending $20M via Family Balance → only 8% tax (better option)
• Splitting money in shady ways to hide it → suspicious, may be investigated

☠️ DANGER ZONE: Suspicious/abnormal transfers may trigger an investigation and punishment

💡 Admins do not waive or remove tax.

🚫 Rule 1.8 — Twink Accounts Cannot Interact With Main

🔹 Your Main and Twink accounts are strictly separate. They cannot trade, gift, share, or help each other in any way.

⚠️ Examples (all forbidden):

• Twink sends money/items to Main (or vice versa)
• Hiding items in a shared Family car for the other account to collect
• Using a third player as a middleman to move stuff between your accounts
• Mailing/postal transfers between your own accounts
• Dropping items on the ground and switching accounts to pick them up
• Using Twink to farm resources for Main, or to dodge punishment

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN ON BOTH ACCOUNTS — logs track everything

🧾 Rule 1.9 — Don't Cheat the Tax System

🔹 Follow the proper buying/selling system. Don't fake prices or hide transactions to dodge tax.

⚠️ Examples:

• Selling a $20,000,000 house for $1,000
• "Pay later" tricks to secretly pay the real price in cash afterward
• Trading items to avoid paying tax
• Using a middleman to pay privately
• Beach Market Stall trick: pricing one item super cheap and another wildly overpriced to hide the real price

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 60-DAY BAN — all accounts involved get punished

2️⃣ Character & Nickname Rules

🧑 Rule 2.1 — Nickname Creation

🔹 Your in-game name must look like a real, realistic human name. No celebrity names, no meme names.

🔹 Nazism & Dictators in Names will be blacklisted.

⚠️ Not Allowed:

• KillerBoy_69, Noob Gamer, GTA Gamer Pro
• Michael Jackson, Elon Musk, Cristiano Ronaldo, or any admin's name
• Hitler, Stalin, etc names will be blacklisted instant.

✅ Good Examples:

• Jonny Bravo, John Pluxury, Jack Ripper or any other name that looks like a real person

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 10 Minutes Jail + Forced Nickname Change

3️⃣ Communication & Chat Rules

🗣️ Rule 3.1 — No OOC Insults / Harassment

🔹 Don't insult, abuse, or harass anyone Out-Of-Character — in text, voice, PMs, or Discord.

⚠️ Examples:

• Calling someone "stupid," "trash," or "noob" OOC
• Harassing someone because you lost
• Toxic flaming or bullying

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 180-Minute Mute, up to 7-Day Ban depending on severity

👪 Rule 3.2 — Never Mention Relatives / Family

🔹 Do not mention anyone's family members — not as jokes, insults, or "funny toxicity" — in any chat or voice channel.

⚠️ Examples:

• Insulting someone's mother, father, or siblings
• Dark jokes or threats involving family
• "Just joking, bro" does not excuse it

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 180-Minute Mute, up to 7-Day Ban

🌐 Rule 3.3 — English-Only in Public RP Chat

🔹 Public roleplay chat must stay in English so everyone can follow along. 🔹 Other languages are only allowed in private chat, and only if everyone involved agrees. 🔹 Note: mild slang insults are tolerated within limits inside RP chat only.
