🛡️ Safety & Fair Play Rules — Doxing, Harassment, OOC Threats & Cheats

This guide covers the server's zero-tolerance rules around personal safety, respectful behavior, and fair play. These are some of the most serious rules on the server — please read every section carefully. 🙏

1️⃣ Doxing & Real-World Threats

🕵️ Rule 7.1 — No Doxing

🔹 Doxing means sharing, searching for, or threatening to reveal someone's real-life personal information — name, address, workplace, social media, phone number, photos, family details, etc. — without their consent.

⚠️ Examples:

• Posting someone's real name, address, or socials in chat/Discord
• "I know where you live"
• Digging up a player's real identity because of an in-game argument
• Threatening to expose someone's personal info if they don't comply

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN — no appeal

💡 This applies everywhere — in-game, Discord, DMs, streams, or any other platform. It doesn't matter if it "was just to scare them."

🔪 Rule 7.2 — No Real-World Threats

🔹 Threatening real-world violence or harm against another player — even as a "joke" — is strictly forbidden.

⚠️ Examples:

• "I'll find you in real life"
• "Watch your back IRL"
• Threatening someone's real family, home, or safety
• Encouraging someone to self-harm

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN — reported to platform/Discord Trust & Safety where applicable

2️⃣ Harassment

😡 Rule 7.3 — No Harassment or Targeted Bullying

🔹 Repeatedly targeting, insulting, or going after the same player or group — in-game or OOC — counts as harassment, even if you frame it as roleplay.

⚠️ Examples:

• Following one player around server after server to bother them
• Continuing to attack/insult someone after a conflict is already resolved
• Mocking someone for losing an RP scenario
• Coordinating with friends to gang up on one player repeatedly
• Harassing someone across Discord, DMs, or other platforms because of something that happened in-game

☠️ DANGER ZONE: Mute (180 min) → escalating to 7-Day Ban → Permanent Ban for repeat offenders

💡 Staff look at patterns across the whole community — not just one clip. "I was just roleplaying" is not a valid excuse if the pattern shows targeted bullying.

🚫 Rule 7.4 — No Hate Speech or Discrimination

🔹 Zero tolerance for racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of bigotry — even if said "in character."

🔹 This includes any racial, ethnic, or ableist slur, no matter how it's spelled, abbreviated, or disguised (e.g. typing it with symbols/numbers to dodge chat filters still counts).

⚠️ Examples:

• Using a racial or ethnic slur — IC or OOC, "as a joke" or not
• Using N and R words to insult someone's is strictly forbidden
• Using an ableist slur to insult someone's intelligence or disability
• Claiming "my character is racist" as an excuse to use slurs
• Discriminatory jokes in OOC or voice chat
• Mocking someone's identity, background, disability, or appearance
• Typing a slur with spacing, symbols, or alt spelling to get around auto-mod filters

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN — in-character framing does NOT excuse this, and filter-dodging is treated the same as saying it outright

3️⃣ OOC Threats & Breaking Character to Intimidate

⚔️ Rule 7.5 — No OOC Threats

🔹 Using Out-of-Character chat, voice, or DMs to threaten, intimidate, or pressure another player is forbidden — whether it's about the game or real life.

⚠️ Examples:

• "Report me and see what happens"
• Threatening to get someone banned through false reports as revenge
• DMing someone to scare them into giving up items/money
• Breaking character mid-scene to threaten a player if they don't comply

☠️ DANGER ZONE: Mute (180 min) → up to Permanent Ban depending on severity

🎭 Rule 7.6 — Don't Force IC Consequences Using OOC Pressure

🔹 You cannot threaten OOC action (like a bad report, real-life doxing, or harassment) to force someone's in-character decisions.

⚠️ Examples:

• "Comply in RP or I'll dox you"
• "Give me the car or I'll report you for something you didn't do"
• Threatening to leak private clips/screenshots to force compliance

4️⃣ Cheats, Exploits & Unauthorized Mods

🖥️ Rule 7.7 — No Cheats or Unauthorized Mods

🔹 Using any third-party software, injected client, or unauthorized modification to gain an advantage is strictly forbidden.

⚠️ Examples:

• Aimbots, wallhacks, ESP
• Speed hacks, teleport hacks, godmode
• Any anticheat bypass or injected client
• Stat/money manipulation tools

☠️ DANGER ZONE: PERMANENT BAN — no appeal

🐛 Rule 7.8 — No Exploiting Bugs or Glitches

🔹 If you find a bug or exploit, report it — don't use it for personal gain.

⚠️ Examples:

• Duplicating money, items, or vehicles
• Using a glitch to become invisible or invincible
• Exploiting a broken mechanic to make money faster
• Sharing exploit info with other players instead of reporting it

☠️ DANGER ZONE: 30–60 Day Ban (or Permanent for repeat/severe abuse) + all illegal gains removed

📄 Rule 7.9 — Anticheat Bans Require Proof to Appeal

🔹 If the Anticheat system bans you, you must provide a clip/proof to be considered for an unban.

⚠️ Examples:

• Getting flagged and claiming "it was a false positive" with no evidence
• Intentionally triggering the anticheat (e.g. shooting gas tanks) to test it, then asking to be unbanned

📢 How to Report Instead of Retaliating

If you experience doxing, harassment, threats, or suspect someone is cheating:

1. 📸 Save evidence — screenshots, clips, timestamps
2. 🚫 Do not respond with threats or retaliation of your own
3. 🎫 Open a report ticket with staff (out of game, once any active scene is finished)
4. 🕒 Let the admin team investigate — they track logs and evidence carefully

💬 Your safety matters more than "winning" the argument. Report it, don't handle it yourself. 😊
