Business Ads on LifeInvader: A Beginner's Guide for GTA RP Entrepreneurs

Business ads are where a lot of newer GTA RP players trip up, mostly because business types on most servers aren't uniform — some are numbered locations, some are plantations with bed-count tiers, and some are just generic storefronts.

Plantations are a special case

If you're advertising a plantation, always include its bed-count category — 10-Bed, 15-Bed, or 20-Bed. This single detail changes the expected price range dramatically, and omitting it is the single most common mistake in plantation ads.

Include the business number when the location isn't unique

Businesses like 24/7 stores, barber shops, or car markets often exist in multiple locations across the map. Always include the business number so buyers know exactly which one you mean.

Location still matters

Even with a business number, naming the general area — Vespucci Canals, Sandy Shores, Richman — helps buyers who are scanning quickly and mentally filtering by neighborhood.

As with car and house ads, close with a clear price or "negotiable." Business ads without a price get significantly fewer serious offers, since buyers are usually comparing several listings before committing to one.
