🎪 Family Events System

📖 Overview

Events are an important part of family activity, teamwork, coordination, and progression.

There are three types of events available to the family:

1. 🔵 OOC Events
2. 🟠 Unofficial IC Events
3. 🟣 Informal Events

Each event type has its own communication and Roleplay requirements.

⚠️ Always check the event type before participating. Different events follow different rules.

🔵 OOC Events

What are OOC Events?

OOC (Out of Character) Events are events where members are allowed to communicate with each other outside of the game.

💬 Communication

• You are allowed to stay in Discord Chat to communicate with other family members.
• Discord communication is allowed throughout the event.

🎭 Roleplay Rules

• You do not have to follow IC rules during OOC Events.
• However, all General Rules still apply.
• Breaking General Rules may still result in disciplinary action.

💡 OOC does not mean that all rules are disabled. General Rules always apply.

📋 OOC Event List

🏭 1. RP Gift Factory

Priority: 🔥 Most Important

Frequency: 3 times per day

Minimum Level: Level 7 required

Event Reward: 30 Roleplay Gifts (each distrubute within the family)

RP Factory is one of the family's highest-priority OOC events.

Members should prioritize participation whenever the event is available.

🚨 2. Family Raid

Priority: 🔥 Most Important

Frequency: 1 time per day

Minimum Level: No Minimum

Family Raid is one of the family's highest-priority OOC events.

Members should participate whenever the event is available and coordinate with the family team.

⚓ 3. Harbour / Battle of Dock

Priority: 🔥 Most Important

Frequency: Once in a 3 hour period

Harbour is a major OOC event and should be prioritized by active family members.

Strong coordination and communication are recommended during the event.

🏬 4. Taking Over the Mall

Priority: 🔥 Most Important

Frequency: 1 time per day

Minimum Level: 5 is required

Participant Limit: 5 members

Taking Over the Mall is a high-priority OOC event with a limited number of participants.

Only 5 family members are allowed to participate.

Because of the limited slots, leadership should coordinate and select the members who will attend.

🏝️ 5. Cayo Perico

Priority: ⭐ Important

Frequency: 1 time per day

Minimum Level: No Minimum

Cayo Perico is an important OOC event for family activity.

Members should participate whenever possible and follow the instructions provided by the Event Leader.

🏛️ 6. State Control

Priority: ⭐ Important

Frequency: 2 times per day

Minimum Level: 7 is required

Event Timing 16:00 – 22:00 IC timezone

State Control is an important OOC event and provides another opportunity for the family to participate together.

Members should coordinate with the event team and follow all event instructions.

⚔️ 7. Bizwar

Priority: 🟡 Optional

Minimum Level: 7 is required

Bizwar is an optional OOC event.

Members can participate when available and when the family decides to attend.

🔨 8. Capture of the Foundry

Priority: 🟡 Optional

Minimum Level: 7 is required

Capture of the Foundry is an optional OOC event.

Participation can be used as additional family activity.

🍇 9. Capture of the Vineyard

Priority: 🟡 Optional

Minimum Level: 7 is required

Capture of the Vineyard is an optional OOC event.

Members may participate when the family decides to attend.

🔫 10. Capture of the Weapon Factory

Priority: 🟡 Optional

Minimum Level: 7 is required

Capture of the Weapon Factory is an optional OOC event.

Members can participate when available to increase family activity and event experience.

🟠 Unofficial IC Events

What are Unofficial IC Events?

Unofficial IC Events are events where members must maintain proper In Character (IC) behavior.

These events are especially important for unofficial families.

💬 Communication Rules

• You must communicate with other members through IC Chat or Family Radios.
• Discord Chat should not be used as the primary method of communication during the event.

🎭 Roleplay Rules

• You must follow IC rules.
• Proper Roleplay is required.
• Members must remain in character throughout the event.

🚫 Leaving the Event

You are not allowed to leave or escape from the event without a proper OOC reason.

If you need to leave, there must be a valid OOC reason.

⚠️ Unofficial IC Events = IC Communication + IC Rules + Proper Roleplay

📋 Unofficial IC Event List

🏪 1. Store Robbery — With Hostage

Priority: 🔥 Important Unofficial Event

Type: IC Event

Requirement: 1 time per week

Store Robbery with a Hostage is an IC event that is counted as an Important Unofficial IC Event.

When this event is required, the robbery must be completed with a hostage.

🏪 2. Store Robbery — Without Hostage

Priority: 🟡 Additional Event

Type: IC Event

Store Robbery without a Hostage is an additional Unofficial IC activity.

Members can participate in this event for additional activity and experience.

This event does not replace a required Store Robbery with Hostage where the hostage version is specifically required.

✈️ 3. Aircraft Carrier

Priority: ⭐ Important

Type: IC Event

Requirement: 1 time per week

Available Time: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM

Aircraft Carrier is an IC event that is counted as an Unofficial IC Event.

Members should participate at least once per week where required.

🛣️ 4. Highway Robbery / Ghetto Robbery

Priority: ⭐ Important

Type: IC Event

Highway Robbery or Ghetto Robbery is an IC activity counted toward the family's Unofficial IC Event activity.

This event is especially important for maintaining regular unofficial-family activity.

🛰️ 5. Satellite

Priority: 🟡 Optional

Type: IC Event

Satellite is an optional Unofficial IC Event.

Members may participate when the family decides to attend.

🟣 Informal Events

What are Informals?

Informal Events are special events available exclusively to unofficial families.

They are designed to provide frequent opportunities for unofficial families to participate together.

💬 Communication

• You are allowed to stay in Discord Chat.
• Discord can be used to communicate and coordinate with other family members.

🎯 Family Participation

Informals happen frequently throughout the day.

Informals occur up to 24 times per day.

The family aims to participate in a minimum of:

5 Informals per day

📊 Family Weekly Event Target

The family maintains overall activity targets to ensure consistent participation.

These targets represent the family's overall weekly event activity.

🔥 Event Priority System

Not every event has the same priority.

Members should prioritize events in the following order.

These events should receive the strongest participation whenever they are available.

⚠️ General Event Rules

1. 🎯 Know the Event Type

Before joining an event, always check whether it is:

🔵 OOC → 🟠 Unofficial IC → 🟣 Informal

Each category has different rules.

2. 💬 Use the Correct Communication

🔵 OOC Events

Discord Chat is allowed.

🟠 Unofficial IC Events

IC Chat communication is required.

🟣 Informals

Discord Chat is allowed.

3. 🎭 Respect Roleplay

During Unofficial IC Events, members must:

• Stay in character
• Follow IC rules
• Communicate through IC Chat
• Follow the event scenario
• Avoid unnecessary OOC communication

4. 🚫 Do Not Leave Without a Reason

During Unofficial IC Events, members must not leave or escape from the event without a proper OOC reason.

5. 🤝 Follow Event Leadership

During family events:

• Follow the Event Leader
• Follow instructions
• Maintain proper communication
• Work together as a team
• Do not intentionally disrupt the event
• Respect other family members

6. 🛡️ General Rules Always Apply

Even during OOC Events where IC rules do not apply, General Rules still apply.

OOC ≠ No Rules
